Senior Accounts Executive - Real estate

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 4-6 years of experience, preferably from the real estate or construction industry, with good working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Handle entries for purchases, sales, receipts, payments and expenses.
• Process and verify vendor/contractor bills and project-related expenses.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices and basic financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and project teams on accounting matters.
• Coordinate with and visit banks for routine banking operations.
• Coordinate with auditors/consultants for statutory and audit-related work.
• Maintain records of project expenses, advances and vendor/contractor payments.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to handle bank visits and statutory coordination.

Preferred: Candidates currently or previously working with real estate developers, construction companies or property-related organisations.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
