Senior Accountant UAE Accounting & Taxation

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for UAE-based clients.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Handle UAE VAT return preparation, filing, and compliance.
• Prepare UAE Corporate Tax computations and returns.
• Perform reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Utilize advanced Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Coordinate with UAE clients and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

minimum 5 years of experience in a CA / Audit Firm

Tally, Zoho Books & QuickBooks

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax return preparation and filing

financial statement preparation and finalization

Microsoft Excel

AI tools and automation

Excellent communication skills and ability to independently manage client assignments
