Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights for decision-making. Internal Controls: Oversee and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance. Auditing: Assist with coordinating and conducting audits. Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, mentor junior accountants, and ensure team performance. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement solutions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
