Senior Accountant - Real Estate

Position: Senior Accountant Experience:

5-8 Years - Real Estate Industry Preferred

Location: Jayanagar HO 4th block, Bengaluru

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, assessments, and audits.
• Expertise in TDS calculation, deduction, return filing, Form 26Q/24Q compliance, TRACES portal, and statutory reporting.
• Thorough understanding of RERA regulations, project-wise accounting, RERA compliance, and statutory filings.
• Experience in handling audits, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory compliances.
• Prepare and submit quarterly and annual RERA filings for ongoing projects.
• Monitor and maintain RERA-designated bank accounts, project-wise fund utilization, and compliance with RERA provisions.
• Prepare CA certificates, utilization statements, and financial disclosures required under RERA.
• Coordinate with consultants, legal teams, auditors, and RERA authorities for project registrations and periodic compliance.
• Handle reconciliations related to customer collections, construction costs, and RERA reporting requirements.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and assessments.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to all regulatory deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
