Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with expertise in export-related financial processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for our export operations. This role requires a deep understanding of export finance, proficiency in English language communication, and advanced skills in utilizing multiple accounting software systems. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all financial activities related to export operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, export regulations, and tax requirements. - Manage import/export documentation, including letters of credit, bills of lading, and customs clearance procedures. - Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management. - Conduct regular audits and internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in export finance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on export finance and international trade. - Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. - Expertise in using multiple accounting software systems, including [list specific software names or types]. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of export documentation, trade financing, and customs regulations is highly desirable.
