Good knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
Preparation and management of sales and purchase invoices.
Knowledge of billing and accounting entries.
Working knowledge of E-Way Bills.
Maintenance and proper filing of accounts and business documents.
Basic knowledge of GST-related accounting and documentation.
Ability to maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
Handle sales and purchase billing and invoice preparation.
Record and maintain purchase and sales transactions in Busy.
Prepare and manage E-Way Bills as required.
Maintain proper accounting files and documentation.
Assist in bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and billing-related requirements.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting work.
The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in basic accounting operations, with practical experience in Busy Software, Excel, billing, and bookkeeping.
