About the Company

Good Old Delight (GOD) is a Mumbai-based advertising and marketing agency specialising in the real estate sector. We work with leading real estate brands across the MMR region, offering integrated solutions across creative, digital, performance marketing, influencer marketing and PR.

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented accounting professionals to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including client billing, invoicing, vendor payments, expense management, payment follow-ups and financial documentation.

1. Senior Accountant

Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, bills and payment statements.
• Maintain records of client billing, outstanding payments and collections.
• Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
• Manage vendor bills, purchase invoices and payment processing.
• Maintain records of company expenses, reimbursements and operational costs.
• Handle GST-related documentation, TDS entries and basic compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the CA for GST returns, TDS filings and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and basic MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely payments and collections.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing and financial documentation.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
• Experience with Tally, Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to independently manage the company's accounting operations.

2. Junior Accountant

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial entries.
• Prepare client invoices and maintain billing records.
• Maintain records of incoming payments and pending receivables.
• Assist with vendor bills, purchase invoices and payment entries.
• Maintain company expense records and supporting documents.
• Assist with payment follow-ups and outstanding payment tracking.
• Maintain sales, purchase and expense registers.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger entries.
• Organise and maintain financial documents, bills and receipts.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with monthly reports and accounting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing details and expense documentation.

Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• B.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, billing and invoicing.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Tally, Tally Prime and MS Excel preferred.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and basic accounting knowledge may apply.
