Location: Nashik (Local candidates preferred) Experience: 2 to 3 years Employment Type: Full-time / On-site About the Role We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React) who can build scalable applications, REST APIs, and dynamic user interfaces. The candidate must be confident in backend + frontend development and comfortable working in a fast-paced product-based environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Laravel-based REST APIs & backend services Build responsive React.js frontend applications Implement authentication, access control, and role-based modules Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, messaging APIs, etc. Optimize performance, security, and database queries Collaborate with the UI/UX and QA team for smooth deployments Maintain proper Git version control and follow coding standards Required Skills Must-have technical expertise: Strong experience with Laravel Framework Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Components) Experience working with MySQL / PostgreSQL REST API development & integration Basic knowledge of Node.js (bonus, not mandatory) Familiarity with Tailwind / Bootstrap Git & GitHub workflow Deployment on cPanel / VPS / Cloud will be an added advantage Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience with WebSockets / Pusher / Firebase Experience with Redis / Queue Workers / Cron Jobs Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of WhatsApp API / RCS / SMS / Webhooks (preferred but not required) Who Are We Looking For Someone who takes ownership of tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Can work independently as well as in a team Local candidates preferred for smooth coordination Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
