Job Title: Manger - Accounts
Company: Real Estate Development CompanyExperience: Minimum 4 YearsLocation: Khar West, MumbaiRole Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, and RERA-related financial reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and ensure accurate recording of transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flows, project-wise budgets, and cost tracking.2. RERA Compliance & Reporting Manage and monitor RERA-designated project bank accounts. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, including fund utilization and documentation. Coordinate with project teams, auditors, and consultants for RERA filings and certifications. Prepare project-wise financial reports required under RERA.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Assist in tax filings and liaise with external consultants. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable Vendor payments, customer collections, and reconciliation. Monitor outstanding receivables and project collections.
5. Audit & Documentation Support internal and statutory audits. Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.

6. MIS & Management Reporting Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and dashboards. Assist management in decision-making through financial insights. Qualification CA Strong knowledge of accounting standards and real estate accounting practices Skills Required Working knowledge of RERA and real estate project accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Experience Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure companies Exposure to project accounting and fund management Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the real estate sector

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
