The successful applicant will take charge of addressing client inquiries, offering technical expertise, and demonstrating the application of new products and associated services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to understanding client needs, delivering technical presentations, formulating sales proposals, and ultimately converting opportunities into sales. Manage all aspects of B2B sales, including devising marketing strategies and executing them within the organization. Engage in contract negotiation, including setting terms and conditions. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the company. Maintain relationships with existing clients. Coordinate and conduct sales visits. Ensure achievement of sales targets. Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. Preferable experience in team management. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in presentation and data analysis, adept with PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly, actively listen to client feedback, and adapt accordingly. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities Identify and Acquire Clients for turnkey lithium battery manufacturing and automation projects by generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals. Grow B2B project sales in lithium battery assembly lines, automation systems, robotics, and testing equipment, with a strong focus on target-driven performance. Maintain a sales pipeline and deliver revenue goals with healthy profit margins, ensuring target milestones are met or exceeded Prepare Daily / weekly sales reports and update CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech Must ( Preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering ) 2-10 years in industrial automation, capital equipment, or lithium battery industry Solid understanding of plant setup, SPMs, robotics, and battery assembly lines Strong familiarity with Profit & Loss statements, project budgeting, and ROI analysis. Excellent communication, proposal writing, and project negotiation skills
