The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including providing administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and performing clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include assisting executives with administrative functions and ensuring efficient communication within the team and with external partners. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Experience in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the commercial real estate, CPG, or robotics industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
