Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Trivandrum. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing fleet and driver performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. This role also involves monitoring operational performance metrics, implementing improvement strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery.
