We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-thinking content professional to help us respond to media inquiries and support media and content coordination tasks. If you enjoy writing crisp, credible responses, spotting story opportunities, and working directly with an experienced marketer, this role is for you. Perfect for someone early in their career or even a fresher with strong writing skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review journalist/media inquiry platforms. Draft clear, concise, and tailored responses to journalist requests on behalf of our team lead. Understand and translate professional experience into compelling media quotes and contributions. Conduct light background research to strengthen responses. Maintain an organized system for tracking pitches, responses, and media placements. Support content marketing tasks such as proofreading, drafting short articles, or repurposing media responses into blog/LinkedIn posts. Assist with basic media coordination tasks (e.g., managing editorial calendars, updating media contact lists, etc.). Qualifications: Excellent written English and ability to write in a professional yet conversational tone. Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly understand context. Interest in media, communications, or marketing. Proactive, self-starter mindset — able to work independently with guidance. Bonus: Prior exposure to PR, journalism, or content writing. Who You Are: You may be a recent graduate or have 6–12 months of experience in content, media, or communications. You’re curious, adaptable, and confident writing for different tones and audiences. You have good research skills and the ability to connect the dots between a reporter’s question and an insightful response. What We Offer: Full-time role with fully remote work. Hands-on learning with direct mentorship. Exposure to PR, media relations, and content marketing. Growth opportunities as the role expands.
