Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly & annual targets Develop and execute effective sales strategies Ensure high-quality customer service and customer retention Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dealership operations Desired Candidate Profile 5 - 10 years of experience in sales & business development in a Maruti Suzuki dealership Strong exposure to the four-wheeler automobile industry Proven track record in achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Excel
