Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily learning activities based on Montessori and play-based curriculum. Design a structured timetable ensuring a balanced routine of academics, play, art, music, and movement. Foster an interactive classroom setting that encourages independence, curiosity, and creativity . Observe and monitor each child’s progress and maintain individual learning records . Support the social and emotional development of students through positive reinforcement and guidance. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment with Montessori materials and age-appropriate resources. Collaborate with the center head and other teachers for curriculum improvement and school programs. Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on children’s development and behavior. Implement classroom rules and routines to ensure discipline and student well-being . Conduct circle time , storytelling, rhymes, phonics sessions, sensory activities, and outdoor play. Ensure compliance with school policies, health, and safety standards at all times. Requirements Graduate in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training Certification / NTT. 1–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool environment, preferably Montessori-based. Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus). Energetic, patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood development. Ability to manage classroom routines and build positive relationships with children and parents. Creativity in planning activities and classroom displays.
