We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software & Controls Engineering Tech Lead to join our dynamic Engineering IT team in Bengaluru or Chennai . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Altium 365/Nexus, Siemens PADS (or similar tools), MATLAB, Rhapsody and Metroworks , and will support business requirements in the Software & Controls Engineering domain. This role requires a solid understanding of ECAD tools, with the ability to provide both technical and functional support. You'll help create innovative, user-friendly solutions that improve efficiency and meet program KPIs. Responsibilities: Demonstrate ECAD solutions using Altium 365, Siemens PADS (or similar), MATLAB, Rhapsody, and Metroworks to support business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders / SME to support the pipeline of requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electronic components. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and tools. Develop and implement a tool strategy that aligns with the organization's MBE vision and objectives. Qualifications and skills required: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in ECAD tools like Nexus, Altium 365, Siemens PADS (or similar), as well as MATLAB, Rhapsody, and Metroworks. Experience in working with the Teamcenter platform. Preferred: Experience in Software Engineering tools like Jenkins/GitHub or similar tools in the DevOps space

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multi-CAD Administrator responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining CAD systems and tools at Sedin Technologies. Your role involves optimizing CAD software, data management, and design workflows for efficiency and collaboration. You must possess technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to liaise with engineering and IT teams effectively. Your key responsibilities include administering and configuring various CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks), overseeing software installation, updates, and licensing, and managing customization and integration with enterprise systems. You will also implement data management practices, ensure proper backup and recovery procedures, and support users in managing and accessing CAD data securely. Additionally, you will provide user support and training, conduct training sessions, act as the primary point of contact for CAD-related technical issues, identify and implement system optimizations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, generate reports, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement security measures to protect sensitive design data. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in CAD administration or support. Proficiency in popular CAD software, CAD data management, PDM/PLM systems, version control, troubleshooting, and analytical skills are essential. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are required, along with familiarity with scripting or automation tools. Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD technology trends and best practices is a plus. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from either our Bengaluru or Chennai office.,
