We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in project marketing (not product marketing) to lead business development in the field of fire fighting system supply and installation. The role involves identifying and converting project opportunities, handling tenders and government liaison, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients, builders, consultants, and government authorities. The candidate will be responsible for driving enquiries, delivering presentations, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth project handovers. Key skills required include B2B industrial marketing, tendering, client relationship management, negotiation and deal closure, presentation and communication, market research and competitor analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting. Knowledge of fire fighting and MEP systems will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate must be result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of cross-department collaboration to achieve business growth and ensure client satisfaction. Role & responsibilities Preferred Candidate: Someone with proven experience in project marketing, tender handling, and B2B industrial sales preferably in fire fighting, MEP, or construction industries.
