Key Responsibilities Assigning duties and monitoring performance. They may be involved in training new security staff on hospital protocols, emergency procedures, and security best practices. Ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and areas of the hospital. Resolving conflicts, addressing performance concerns, and managing leave requests. Ensuring that all security personnel adhere to hospital security policies, procedures, and regulations. Managing access control systems and ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry. Investigating security incidents, documenting findings, and preparing reports for management. Conducting regular patrols of the hospital premises to identify potential security risks and ensure that safety measures are in place. Ensuring that all security equipment, such as alarms, cameras, and access control systems, are functioning properly. Addressing patient and visitor concerns regarding safety and security. Coordinating with nursing, facilities, and other hospital departments to ensure a safe and secure environment. Preparing detailed reports on security incidents and other relevant information. Ensuring that the hospital's security operations comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Qualification : Graduate Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years.
