You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve analyzing security risks, designing and implementing security solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the organization's OT infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and implement security architecture for operational technology (OT) systems. Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure. Develop and implement security policies and procedures for OT systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of OT infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies. Conduct security assessments and audits of OT systems. Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Platform Engineering. Strong understanding of OT security principles and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for OT systems. Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies. Ability to conduct security assessments and penetration testing of OT systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
