You will also document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Develop and implement security policies and procedures- Conduct security assessments and audits- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ- Strong understanding of identity and access management- Knowledge of cloud security best practices- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
