Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging math lessons to secondary students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
Develop and implement curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluations to meet school standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary level (TGT Maths).
Strong knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective classroom management and parent-teacher interactions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
