This hotel is near the charbagh railway station. I face some problems: smelling my room, Housekeeping help line number is not working now.I recommend this hotel only for Railway station purposes and marketing also.

The stay was very good. The rooms were clean and the washroom. was hygienically maintained. It was very close to the station and the main market (hazratganj too). If you're gonna stay up in Lucknow near this area, this is the best hotel.
The staff was very polite and cooperative too. I'd definitely stay here next time too.

Bed sheets covered in stains and hairs. They clearly do not clean the sheets!
I walked by the staff fixing rooms multiple times and clearly saw them reusing …

Hotell rooms are spacious but not happy with the service as u complain for the geyser in the room . It was leaking badly and not taken care of. Even though it was a super deluxe room.
