Job Description We are hiring an experienced STP Operator to manage and operate a MBR-based Sewage Treatment Plant , along with RO Plant operations and DG room monitoring . The candidate must have hands-on experience in daily operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of treatment systems. Key ResponsibilitiesMBR STP Operations Operate and monitor MBR-based Sewage Treatment Plant Ensure treated water quality meets PCB / reuse standards Monitor MLSS, DO, pH, TMP, permeate flow, backwash, CIP Maintain daily inlet/outlet flow records Handle sludge wasting, membrane care, and troubleshooting Coordinate membrane cleaning (CIP) and chemical dosing RO Plant Operations Operate and monitor RO plant Check TDS, pressure, flow rate, recovery Backwashing of filters (PSF & ACF) Basic maintenance of pumps, membranes, and dosing systems DG Room Monitoring Monitor DG operation during power failure Maintain DG logbook Coordinate diesel refilling and basic checks Ensure safe operation and shutdown procedures Requirements 3–5 years experience in MBR STP operation (mandatory) Experience in RO plant operation Basic knowledge of DG set operation & monitoring Ability to maintain logbooks and reports Understanding of TNPCB norms & compliance Basic electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills ITI / Diploma preferred (not mandatory) Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in Industries / Hotels / Apartments / IT Parks Self-driven and capable of independent plant operation Salary As per experience & industry standards Benefits Stable long-term role Opportunity to work on advanced MBR technology Growth in water & wastewater treatment field How to Apply Interested candidates can apply through Indeed or contact: Seahorse Technology Email: [email protected] Phone: 98945 86707 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,788.04 - ₹26,739.11 per month Work Location: In person
