Job Responsibilities: Lead local NPI/PE/PQE teams in new product introduction (NPI) execution at India factories, ensuring on-schedule mass production ramp-up. Align India factory production plans with HQ order fulfillment schedules and material kit readiness plans to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) targets. Monitor production plan attainment rates across India factories, conduct root cause analysis for schedule deviations, and drive corrective actions. Oversee finished goods inventory, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and kitted material stock levels; generate periodic inventory reports. Coordinate deployment schedules for NPI/PE/PQE resident engineers to fulfill factory support requirements. Spearhead India factory capacity assessments (planning, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics) to verify order fulfillment capability. Execute additional tasks assigned by HQ management. Qualifications & Requirements: 3+ years in PMC (Production & Material Control) within India’s electronics manufacturing sector (STB/routers/GPON/smartphones). Bachelor’s degree with business-fluent English proficiency. Advanced data processing & analytics competency (ERP/MRP systems proficiency preferred).
