Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, Video Editor, and Photographer at our office in Pune. The responsibilities include handling outbound telecalling activities, assisting customers, and addressing their inquiries. As a Video Editor, you will edit and produce high-quality videos, while the Photographer role involves capturing and editing visual content for promotional and operational purposes. Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams will be essential in fulfilling these responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in telecommunication skills, customer engagement, and effective communication techniques Strong video editing skills, including familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Experience in professional photography, understanding of lighting, and image editing software proficiency Ability to manage time effectively and multitask between different roles and responsibilities Attention to detail and creativity in creating engaging content Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable
