Role Overview: You will be working as a NodeJS Mobile app developer in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at Niyo, a company focused on revolutionizing the way Indians manage their finances. Your main responsibility will involve designing applications and systems from scratch, creating restful APIs, implementing business requirements, and integrating with external systems. Your work should aim to deliver extensible, scalable, and cloud-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and analyze user requirements effectively. - Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle. - Develop reusable, testable, and efficient Node.js based web services. - Write code that is well-designed, efficient, scalable, diagnosable, and maintainable. - Review, test, and debug team members" design and code. - Ensure the security and up-to-date status of applications. - Mentor junior developers through code reviews, design reviews, and unit tests. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in software development. - At least 5 years of experience in MEAN/MERN stack, Memcache, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ. - Proficiency in building applications capable of handling high volumes with low latency. - Experience in agile development practices with continuous integration. - Proficient in deploying applications in AWS cloud or Docker. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed engineering college. - Must be a self-starter, hustler, and have a desire to achieve greatness.
