HR is not supportive, they feel like they are boss. I observed this during interview process. Moreover, the person who was talking interview even he was not confident and seems incompetent interviewer.

The person taking interview didn't even had any kind of technical knowledge, he was googling out of his phone and checking for answers every time he asked me something.
