Scrum Master/Project manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the hybrid role of Scrum Master/Project Manager. This position requires a unique blend of Agile leadership and traditional project management expertise to guide our teams through successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitating Scrum processes, coaching teams, removing impediments, and also skilled in comprehensive project planning, execution, and stakeholder management. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while continuously driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the development team, Product Owner, and organization on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals.
• Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication channels between all project participants.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in both Agile development and project management disciplines.
• Oversee the successful closure of projects, including post-mortem analysis and documentation.
