to join our core team.

Your Role:

Write impact driven journalistic scripts in gen.E style

Research sustainability topics, decode complex concepts, and turn them into short-form and long form engaging videos scripts

Innovate and identify new formats of storytelling

Collaborate with the team to storyboard and shoot long-form and short-form content

Handle basic logistics on shoots

Work with the video editor and ensure it meets post-production guidelines and standards

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience writing or producing videos (preferably in journalism, digital media, or content creation)

A keen interest in research (beyond AI) by engaging with story subjects and a keen eye for detail to take the story beyond the obvious

A crisp writer who can balance facts and feelings

Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and what works on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond

●Comfortable with traveling for field shoots, directing interviews, and driving scripts from

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
