We are seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computational Flow Analysis (CFA) to validate and optimize mechanical designs for our embedded and electronic systems. The candidate will ensure mechanical reliability through simulation, testing, and close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Design Validation Conduct CFD/CFA simulations for thermal, airflow, and stress analysis. Support vibration, thermal, and structural reliability testing. Optimize enclosures and mechanical assemblies for cooling efficiency, durability, and manufacturability. System Integration Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and product design teams. Ensure mechanical designs meet electronic, environmental, and thermal performance requirements. Performance & Innovation Identify potential mechanical failure points and improve overall system reliability. Contribute to the design of advanced mechanical solutions for next-generation autonomous and embedded systems. Prototyping & Testing Assist in prototype builds, validation, and real-world field testing. Provide design and analysis insights during product design reviews. Required Skills Strong expertise in CFD/CFA tools (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Flow Simulation, COMSOL, or equivalent). Solid knowledge of thermal management, vibration analysis, and structural integrity . Experience in electronics-mechanical co-design and system-level integration. Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Autodesk Inventor . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Mechatronics , or related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems design within electronics, IoT, automotive, or unmanned surface vehicle(Marine) . Job Description: Firmware Engineer (Embedded Systems – Marine/ROV/USV Systems) Role Overview We are seeking a Firmware Engineer with expertise in FreeRTOS and ESP-IDF to design, develop, and optimize embedded software for real-time and marine system applications. The candidate will contribute to the development of ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) and USV (Unmanned Surface Vehicle) projects, ensuring robust performance in challenging aquatic environments. Key Responsibilities Firmware Development Design, develop, and maintain firmware on microcontrollers using FreeRTOS and ESP-IDF. Implement low-level drivers and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LoRa, etc.) and manage sensors, actuators, and power systems. Optimize firmware for real-time control, low-latency communication, and reliability in marine/underwater applications. Debugging & Testing Use tools such as JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers for debugging and validation. Conduct unit, integration, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing for embedded systems. Perform field testing, calibration, and system tuning for ROV and USV platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineering teams for seamless ROV/USV integration. Support prototype builds, sensor and thruster integration, and system validation in real-world water environments. Participate in design reviews and contribute to system-level optimization. Innovation Identify performance bottlenecks and propose firmware optimizations for motor control, navigation, telemetry, and long-range communication (LoRa). Contribute to advanced marine embedded architectures, thruster control algorithms, and communication frameworks (wired and wireless). Required Skills Strong expertise in FreeRTOS and ESP-IDF. Proficiency in C/C++ (Python/Matlab a plus). Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). Knowledge of microcontroller architectures (ESP32, Raspberry pi, Jetson Nano etc.) and LoRa-based communication modules. Strong problem-solving and real-time system optimization skills. Experience in sensor integration, motor driver control, and telemetry systems for ROV or USV applications. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering. 2–5 years of embedded firmware development experience. Experience in ROV, USV, IoT, or Consumer Electronics projects. Familiarity with marine communication protocols, LoRa mesh networks.
