Scouters wordt hét platform voor onafhankelijke en innovatieve oplossingen voor mensen een fysieke beperking. De doelstellingen zijn om voor mensen met een fysieke beperking en hun mantelzorgers: - De mogelijkheid te bieden zichzelf te kunnen helpen en ervaringen te delen om anderen te helpen - De participatie te vergroten - De zelfstandigheid en keuzevrijheid te bevorderen - De zorgvraag te verminderen Het platform is momenteel in ontwikkeling. Scouters wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door fond NutsOhra, het VSB fonds en fonds Sluyterman van Loo. Volg Scouters nu al op Facebook en op Twitter en blijf op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen!
