Very Pathetic after sales services, purchased Activa 3 months ago, but RC not received yet. They also don't have a proper reason for delay. Staff behaviour and working both are irresponsible.

Very very poor service Very very poor service. I have given activa on 07.01.2023 for changing Battery but today 28.01.2023 I have not received my Activa. Manager Rajkumar always reply that I have sent your battery for replacement. Battery is under warranty. I am requesting to owner of jugul kishor honda kindly look into the matter.
