We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who is eager to learn and help manage daily online orders and stock operations. Key Responsibilities: Order Handling Check and process daily orders received on the website Assist in resolving delivery issues, delays, or customer queries Stock & Inventory Support Help maintain stock records (inward & outward entries) Update stock availability for sizes and products Inform the team when stock is running low Assist in organizing warehouse stock Returns & Exchanges Support return and exchange requests Coordinate reverse pickups Update stock after returns Who Can Apply Freshers / graduates / final-year students welcome Basic knowledge of computers and Excel Willingness to learn e-commerce operations Good attention to detail and responsibility Comfortable working with daily tasks and follow-ups Training & Support Complete training will be provided Hands-on learning with Shopify and order systems Support from senior team members What We Offer Learning opportunity in a real D2C fashion brand Growth into a full E-commerce Operations role Stable long-term role for the right candidate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
