Key Duties and Responsibilities Identify and attend to business opportunities with old and new prospects on a daily basis with a target based approach. Maintain close relationships with clients by providing information, support and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and productivity improvements for mutual benefit. Identify product enhancement or new products to cater to recent industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepare timely reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Enable timely quality customer service as per organization standards. Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending learning workshops; reviewing publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional forums for cutting edge knowledge that will help provide enriched solutions to our customers. Contribute to team efforts by performing as a good team player. Job Requirements Qualification: Post Graduate in Management, or Science Experience: Minimum 4-5 years
