Job Description

Role and Responsibilities ▪ Support in making the schooling curriculum ▪ Working with the training team on training content ▪ Facilitating session with studentsfrom government schools ▪ Deliver learning modulesto children in physical/digital classroom in a child centric manner ▪ Creation of content in physical/digital form to enhance classroom learning ▪ Managing external and internalstakeholdersto ensure smooth delivery of the program ▪ Maintain and update efficient data and records of beneficiaries/students/stakeholders ▪ Work in collaboration with teamsto align the systems/processes ▪ Collaborate with volunteers to come up with innovative and creative ways to deliver programs ▪ Support other projects/programs of the Foundation ▪ Liaising and maintaining good rapport with the government officials ▪ Ensuring a positive impact of the program on the teachers and keeping track of the same through weekly reports and observation of their classes ▪ Facilitate Pehlay Akshar-functional English program in the partner schools in rural and urban poor communities across the country ▪ Contribute in every way to help organization meet its goals Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
