Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and counselling sessions. Explain Vidhigya’s programs (CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, Civil Judge, CLAT PG) and guide them on course selection based on their profile and goals. Manage end-to-end admission process—from enquiry to enrolment. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Support in organizing orientation sessions, admission drives, and outreach events. Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for lead nurturing and student engagement. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets with a student-first approach. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Law, Management, or Communication preferred). 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience. Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple student interactions daily.
