Pathetic service. Gave annual maintenance contract to company for 2 lifts no. 10928358 & 10928360, very poor service. after complaint , junior technician visit comes after 2 days and than reply senior technician will come. Always same reply due to pandemic situations technician not available. Every quarter major problem comes.

I stay in a complex where Schindler lifts have been installed for more than 10 years and for 3 weeks since 1 Aug 2019, there has been a constant breakdown. The lifts have hardly been up for more than 2 hours. The after sales service from Schindler is appalling.
