My wife had purchased two Elevators from the Schindler company and had also got the 'Diamond' service package which included replacing the damaged parts without any extra cost. The push button has been damaged over the period of its usage. …

I sent an online enquiry 3 times and called their customer service 3 times as I wanted to have an elevator installed at our residence. Never received call back. If this is pre sales services just imagine how bad it would be after sales. Didn't expect this from a Swiss company.

Schindler is a Swiss MNC and I had a great experience using this lift. Whether it is sales or installation or services.. they are pro in every aspect. I will surely recommend it to all for smooth elevation

Don,t install schindler lift as maintenance cost is too much high ..requires so much maintenance and after taking golden AMC ,they take.so many charges ..worst maintenance department. …

Service is not good quality of their lifts is not good they provide 500 kg weight load but after 300 kg it got stuck j called them to solve my problem they are not responding staff is very bad
