I sent an online enquiry 3 times and called their customer service 3 times as I wanted to have an elevator installed at our residence. Never received call back. If this is pre sales services just imagine how bad it would be after sales. Didn't expect this from a Swiss company.

Don,t install schindler lift as maintenance cost is too much high ..requires so much maintenance and after taking golden AMC ,they take.so many charges ..worst maintenance department. …

Service is not good quality of their lifts is not good they provide 500 kg weight load but after 300 kg it got stuck j called them to solve my problem they are not responding staff is very bad
