I have a flat in Sector 114 Harbhajan Vihar , Mohali, Punjab. The electronic card of the lift has gone faulty due to which buttons inside the lifts are non functional. More than a week and Schindler is unable to provide the card required and make the lift functional.

Unprofessional behaviour by Kurukshetra (Haryana) 136118, marketing staff, such a reputed company but staff is very unprofessional. If anybody from higher authority reading this post then kindly direct ur staff/employee (marketing) to pick up the phone of ur customers and respond them properly without any attitude.

I strongly suggest not to buy these elevator as it is total wastage of money and energy. Cheap meterial, corrupt staff, costly AMC, etc. All lifts are timed with chips. If you don't take their AMC it automatically develops some issue. Don't think about buying Schindler lift ever. Honest advise. Worst experience ever
