A bit away from the traffic in the busy Hiranandani. Parking for bikes is free, but at your own risk. Well-managed.

There is a shared office in this building they charge 7k per seat . Good environment for startups

Fantastic place for conference and small.offices. Very good place to small businesses who cant afford to have office space in centre of mumbai

Chemtex is taken over by Burn & McDonell and they have permanently shifted their office to Godrej and Boyce, Vikhroli.

Very bad experience with Schindler team. Only good while booking the elevator. Never believe these guys

Don't buy this lift,The whole service staff have no clue regarding problems and specially if parts is an issue then they have the lamest excuses . If elevator is not working they have no hurry to correct the problem . WORST ATTITUDE
