Their maintenance is too bad.They claim illegal charges for repairing of the lift. In the maintenance agreement they said all the damages that occur is due to customer fault & not from their side. Their do not go through the routine checkup & prior alert to the customer for any precautions to be taken by the customer.

Very bad experience at North East. Should not buy the elevator. They didn't keep any commitment.
