This is my 3rd lift from Schindler lifts for my residential bungalow project. I am satisfied with the outcome of price, installation and prompt completion in stipulated time . I hope Schindler will confirm the same service for my future projects also

service is good. But bad response from high end. They do not hear customer's problem. Just singing their tune. We have given the order for lift. It took them more than two years to erect and hand over the lift. Reasons best known to them. No site knowledge. We have to chase them to finish the work.

Extreme disappointment, inspite of higher cost. Wrong commitments - huge delays in delivery, lack of transparency. Low response, machine down within 1 week of handing over, waiting for over 12 hrs to rectify. Pl don't get carried away by brand name. Not a professional TEAM DOT.
