The service they provide is really bad and they need to understand that if someone stuck in lift for more than 5 min it is a really big concern. There are some lift in our society having issues on regular basis, it is quite difficult to manage with children and elderly people.

Please don’t opt of their elevators, none responds to any queries, when called none picks up, so called reputed company, my building still stays unattended to this day for installation, delayed by a month. Beware

Lift is superb the team has 2 be kicked out set of Hippocrates they will promise u a date verbally when questioned they will show the contract so be careful bfr signing.
