Don’t use this lift service in 2 years … 20times repair is coming …if we call they well not response …..very waste service don’t use there service don’t became fool…for payment they come on time …but for service they well not answer our calls .,.,,customer be alter don’t be fool ..,,,very wast and bad company..shame on them …,

Very worst customer support team. Arrogant people and very bad experience. Advise NEVER go for Schindler elevators. If possible, I would like to replace my lift with the other company. Much much fed up with this Schindler Lift and support

Most horrible elevator Co they only take payment and ask favours once our favours done they don’t care to complete Iam using 5 elevators they gone from good to bad and bad to worse they take orders beyond capacity and fail deliver
