Despite many ordeals I would not want to waste my time after spending 10 lakhs for a 6 pax elevator. Don't waste ur money, a huge monopoly at play, pod cost Serv n response, will only deal with ur query if u spend on AMC"s. Go for otis, hybon. Take my word.

Schindler is a big cheat, they have old technology (side opening) instead of center opening they will take signatures on 'telescopic opening' they wouldn't tell you the side opening. …

Highly poor service...no parts available with company for weeks together...I pay 56000 rs amc per year n still have to take stairs half of the time...avoid this company if u can....
