Very late response, we install branded lifts just for the sake of having superb performance and great service. Schindler india is very poor at service and not at responsive for customer issues. Even after multiple followups they don't give clear response. I don't recommend Schindler to anyone.

They demand more money to do the service. Please be careful while signing there contract as they put clause without information and we will be stuck if we sign without reading properly. Very pathetic service. I don't recommend this to anyone

Company is a monopoly and demands services only from them at a very high pricing. Spare parts are not available anywhere outside to buy.
