Fresher UI/UX Designer (0-2 Years)Position Overview We are seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer (0-2 Years) with foundational knowledge in design principles and modern design tools to join our dynamic product team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level designer to work on impactful projects while learning from experienced design professionals in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications Support the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement design solutions Create intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine design skills Help conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback Assist in maintaining design systems and component libraries Support responsive design implementation across different devices and screen sizes Contribute to design documentation and maintain design specifications Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar) Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-centered design Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (implementation understanding preferred) Familiarity with design systems and component-based design Strong visual communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and creative problem-solving Nice-to-Have: Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, or InVision) Basic understanding of user research methodologies Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) Familiarity with front-end development concepts Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode) Understanding of Agile design processes Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions Experience with design for SaaS or web applications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome) Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic, personal, or internship work) Demonstrated passion for user experience and design thinking Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new design tools and methodologies Self-motivated with strong creative and analytical thinking What We Offer: Competitive salary range of 2-4.5 LPA based on performance evaluation 6-month paid internship with conversion to full-time position Comprehensive mentorship program with senior designers Flexible work environment and learning-focused culture Opportunity to work on diverse projects and build a strong design portfolio Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Rapid career growth potential based on performance Exposure to modern design practices and emerging technologies Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Dahisar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you located in Mumbai?
