Key Responsibilities: Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across multiple clients and our internal leadership team. Work with cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM, including creating workflows, setting up deal stages, building dashboards, and customizing reports. Conduct data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data. Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from different databases. Create and maintain complex Excel models, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA for automation. Join and merge datasets across various platforms, including Excel, SQL, and other data tools. Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to help stakeholders visualize key metrics and trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights and solutions. Document processes and create user-friendly reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Business Analyst, or similar role. Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, deal stages, dashboards, custom reports, and private apps (preferred). Strong data quality assurance skills, with keen attention to detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Expert in Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA. Experience in joining and analyzing datasets from multiple sources, both in Excel and other data platforms. Familiarity with business intelligence and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. Soft Skills: Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
