I was approached by them through Upwork, and I will just say this: You get what you give. If your have good performance, you'll have more chances to work in diverse projects and even work for bonuses. It's been a good experience for me so far.

I like very very much working at this company. Work from home, flexible hours, growth opportunities, good pay. But they treated me unfairly in a review cycle and didn't let me dispute it, that's a discouraging experience. If they let me proceed with the dispute I'll change the rating to 5.
