Job Overview We are seeking an aggressive and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with a deep understanding of the cloud computing landscape. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential enterprise clients, responsible for breaking into new accounts through outbound cold calling and effective prospecting. You will not just be "dialing numbers"; you will be identifying business challenges and pitching how our Cloud solutions can solve them. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Execute a high volume of cold calls to targeted prospects in the Start up, SME and Enterprise sectors. Lead Generation: Identify key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, CIOs) and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Cloud Solution Pitching: Articulate the value proposition of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team/account managers. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, notes, and deal stages in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Mandatory Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience in outbound telecalling/inside sales. Domain Knowledge: Must have prior experience selling Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Candidates without tech-sales background will not be considered. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to command attention over the phone. Resilience: Thick-skinned with a "hunter" mindset; able to handle rejection and persistent in following up.
